She is a trained SFST instructor who administers and grades both the ACS-CHAL and DUIDLA Board Certification exams, a nationally recognized speaker on DWI law and forensic science, and the author of 17 legal books including the annually updated The Texas DWI Manual. She has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer since 2011 and holds the AV® Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell®.
