Attorney Grant Featured in Living Magazine
We are excited to announce that Attorney Deandra M. Grant was featured in Living Magazine. The May 2021 issue included a special section on leading women, and Attorney Grant appeared on the cover.
The feature discusses the path Attorney Grant took to becoming a nationally recognized and premier DWI defense attorney. The spark was first ignited when she participated in a mock trial in high school and decided then that she wanted to be a judge. While completing her undergraduate studies at Trinity University in San Antonio, Attorney Grant’s dad reminded her of her early ambitions, and she went on to law school, earning her Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of law in 1993.
The Living Magazine article also highlights Attorney Grant’s professional achievements, from her experience as an intern with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office during her third year in law school to her opening her own private firm and eventually merging with two others.
Today, Attorney Grant primarily focuses on driving while intoxicated cases and has several accomplishments under her belt. She is a national speaker and teacher on DWI defense and the co-author of the “Texas DWI Manual.” She also has two YouTube shows in which she discusses legal matters.
