Police Body Camera Not Activated

So, what happens if the police did not activate body cameras during your DWI investigation?

Body cameras are supposed to be running throughout the encounter, and in Texas there are specific rules about when officers can turn them off.

So there should be body cam footage of your entire encounter, along with video from the squad car.

If the body camera was turned off, the police are going to have some explaining to do.
