Fairview is a Collin County community situated along US-75 (Central Expressway) and Stacy Road, bordered by Allen and McKinney. The Fairview Police Department actively patrols US-75, Stacy Road, Fairview Parkway, and FM 2551. Every criminal and DWI case arising from Fairview is prosecuted by the Collin County District Attorney’s office and heard at the Russell A. Steindam Courts Building in McKinney.

Courthouse: Russell A. Steindam Courts Building, 2100 Bloomdale Rd., McKinney, TX 75071. Misdemeanor cases are heard in the County Criminal Courts at Law. Felony cases go to the District Courts. Our Allen office is minutes away.
Federal cases: Fairview and Collin County are in the Eastern District of Texas. Attorney James Lee Bright handles federal defense in the Eastern District.
