      Frisco Criminal Defense Lawyers

If you have been arrested or are under investigation for a criminal offense in Frisco, Texas, the decisions you make in the next few days will shape the outcome of your case and the trajectory of your life. Frisco is one of the fastest-growing cities in America and the most populous city in Collin County. Its explosive growth has brought a corresponding increase in criminal cases, from DWI arrests along the Dallas North Tollway and Highway 121 corridors to drug cases, assault charges, and property crimes in the rapidly expanding commercial and residential areas.

At Deandra Grant Law, we defend clients facing criminal charges throughout Collin County from our Allen office, which is conveniently located to serve Frisco residents and is just minutes from the Russell A. Steindam Courts Building in McKinney, where all Collin County criminal cases are heard.

Why Choose Deandra Grant Law for Your Criminal Case

      ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientist Credentials

Our attorneys hold ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientist designations which is advanced forensic science training that allows us to challenge the prosecution’s evidence at a scientific level. While other firms may challenge procedure, we challenge the science itself: blood alcohol testing methodology, DNA analysis, SANE exam findings, digital forensics, and more. No other criminal defense firm in Collin County offers this level of forensic science expertise.

      Full-Spectrum Criminal Defense

Unlike firms that specialize in one area, Deandra Grant Law defends the full range of criminal charges:

      • DWI and intoxication offenses — including felony DWI, intoxication assault, and intoxication manslaughter, defended with SFST and forensic science training
      • Sex crimes — sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, indecency, online solicitation, CSAM, and sex offender registration matters
      • Murder and homicide — capital murder, manslaughter, felony murder, self-defense cases, and sudden passion defense
      • Drug crimes — possession, trafficking, manufacturing, and distribution charges at both state and federal levels
      • Federal crimes — through Attorney James Lee Bright, our Senior Federal Defense Attorney, we handle fraud, drug conspiracy, RICO, weapons charges, and federal sex crimes
      • Assault and family violence — including aggravated assault, domestic violence, and protective order matters
      • Theft, robbery, and white-collar crimes — from shoplifting to embezzlement to federal fraud
      • Digital evidence cases — Doug’s advanced training with Garrett Discovery in digital forensics allows us to challenge cell phone evidence, computer forensics, social media evidence, and video/audio evidence

      Federal Defense Capability

Many Collin County firms cannot handle federal cases. Deandra Grant Law can. Attorney James Lee Bright brings federal court experience to cases prosecuted in the Eastern District of Texas (Sherman Division) and the Northern District of Texas (Dallas Division), both of which handle federal cases arising from Collin County.
