All criminal cases arising from Robinson are heard at the McLennan County Courthouse, 501 Washington Avenue, Waco, TX 76701. McLennan County has 2 County Courts at Law (misdemeanor) and 2 District Courts with felony criminal jurisdiction (19th and 54th). Our attorneys appear in these courts regularly.

McLennan County is widely recognized as a law-and-order jurisdiction. District Attorney Josh Tetens, who was himself a defense attorney before being elected in 2022, runs a unified office that prosecutes both felony and misdemeanor cases.
