What Documents to Gather for DWI Defense

For your DWI defense, when we meet with you, we want you to bring any paperwork you were given when you were discharged from jail.

That could include:

• Conditions of bond

• Instructions to meet with a bond supervisor

• A copy of your bond receipt, so we can see what type of bond you posted

So anything that was generated and handed to you when you got out of jail, we need a copy of it.
